  Resume  
    Wei Chen received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering, the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electric machine and control system from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2000, 2003 and 2006, respectively.
He was a lecture from 2006 and Associate Professor since 2009 at the School of Electrical Engineering & Automation, Tianjin University. He visited the School of Science and Technology, Aalto University, Finland, in 2009.
